Plate lettering is very well done. Note the washers under the frame bolts. (It is expedient to put washers under the bolt heads when the frame has been resprayed, but for maintenance of value, the washers should be thinner and smaller in diametre, thus concealed under the bolt-heads. By flaunting great washers in this manner, the technician was ignoring all consideration of resale value.
